Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Collision Refinish Technician to join our team at TAG Auto Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meticulously inspect body work for quality and completeness as it arrives in the paint department, ensuring seamless production workflow.
  • Utilize exceptional color matching skills to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition through thorough mixing and refinish operations.
  • Efficiently manage paint material inventory while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, properly dispose of hazardous waste, and collaborate with coworkers to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in collision repair with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Able to effectively complete each step in the refinishing process, demonstrating expertise and precision.
  • I-CAR or ASE certifications highly valued, but not mandatory.
Skills:
  • Prior experience with AKZO Water application is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrate physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, or working in confined spaces.
  • Exhibit excellent organization and dexterity skills, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
