Job Description:

This Child Welfare Case Manager I role involves providing support and services to families in need, including home visits, case planning, supervised visitation, and coordination of services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field, and be able to pass all background checks and drug screens.

We offer a competitive salary range of $23.00-$24.00 per hour, plus overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid holidays, cellphone reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Home visits to assess family needs and develop plans for support
  • Participation in DCS case planning to ensure effective support and services
  • Supervised visitation to promote healthy relationships between parents and children
  • Coordination of services to connect families with necessary resources and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Ability to pass all background checks and drug screens
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work weekends and have a flexible schedule
