Job Summary

The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the bank's IT infrastructure operations, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating with various departments, and implementing best practices to support the bank's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the daily operations of the bank's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies. Manage project risks and issues effectively.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the bank's data and IT assets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including PCI-DSS, GDPR, and others. Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
What We Offer
  • Base Salary Range: $102,412 - $153,619 annually.
  • Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
