About the Role

Catholic Charities is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Newcomer Network department, you will be responsible for managing and administering our business systems, ensuring effective data management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the use of data systems within the Newcomer Network, extracting, analyzing, and providing data to support business decisions.
  • Manage the Migrant Case Management database systems, troubleshooting issues and working with external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and deliver training workshops for staff on data systems used by the Newcomer Network.
  • Provide support to departmental programs, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports and data.
  • Oversee quality controls within the Newcomer Network Department, ensuring maintenance of certifications, accreditation, and licenses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data ethics, confidentiality, and privacy matters related to vulnerable populations.
  • Proficiency in using computers and electronic databases.
