Key Responsibilities:
As a supervisor, you will lead both external and internal financial audits for our clients. This position involves mentoring and guiding junior staff members on the engagement team, which may include coaching, training, and hands-on support. Building and nurturing relationships is fundamental at BMSS, and you will play a crucial role in fostering connections both within the team and with clients.
Essential Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution is required.
- An MBA or MAcc is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and assurance, ideally with exposure to diverse industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
