About the Role

As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our parking lot and covered garage. This includes directing and controlling traffic, greeting guests as they park, and selling parking tickets for facility events and/or day parkers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control traffic in the parking lot and covered garage
  • Greet guests as they park and provide excellent customer service
  • Sell parking tickets for facility events and/or day parkers
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1+ year in a guest services role
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly

What We're Looking For

  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • This position may require working both indoors and outdoors as required
  • Position requires walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+, and occasional sitting
