- Must be a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association.
- Licensure from the Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board is preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Prior experience in clinical nutrition is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications is necessary.
- Strong understanding of both basic and clinical nutrition principles.
- Familiarity with JCAHO and State Health regulations is important.
- Capability to implement quality improvement methodologies.
- Work collaboratively with the management dietitian in developing meal plans.
- Address and resolve issues related to patient food services.
- Be available for on-call support regarding food service matters.
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift items weighing up to five pounds.
- High level of mental focus and concentration is required.
