Data Model Development and Visualization Expertise

DSA is seeking a highly skilled Data Model Developer to join our Miltech Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing data models that align with our clients' needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data models that support data visualization and metrics requirements
  • Align SharePoint Online, M365, SharePoint, and other solutions to data models
  • Build data environments to support existing and emerging data visualization and metrics requirements
  • Work with customers to define and document requirements
  • Communicate with stakeholders through formal and informal presentations
  • Develop data visualization solutions
  • Define and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedules
  • Create dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) based on key performance indicators
  • Train users, provision, and manage solutions created

Required Skills:
  • Experience with M365, Power BI, and Dataverse
  • Knowledge of the SharePoint App Model/Add In Model and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Minimum three years of professional experience supporting technology delivery to commercial or government clients
  • Minimum three years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence
  • Proven ability to participate in the analysis of IT and business issues
  • Proven experience to indicate a record of information security awareness and discipline in information systems development and sustainment

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with SharePoint in the US Army unclassified network or DoD environment
  • Experience using project management tools, e.g., MS Project and JIRA
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall software development models
  • Experience with MS Power Suite, including Power Apps and Power Automate

Education/Certifications:
  • Active Secret Level DoD Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and may be required
  • CompTIA Security+ certification desired upon hire and required prior to start date
  • Computing Environment (CE) certification is desired upon hire and required within 3 months of hire
