Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical and technical associates to enhance workflow methodology and tools
  • Provide application support for medium to high complexity clinical applications
  • Assist in reporting clinical information systems compliance issues and escalate as necessary
  • Provide ongoing end-user support with upgrades, new releases, and enhanced functionality
  • Foster relationships with ministry leadership and departments to ensure effective communication and meet business and financial requirements
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and implement updates and requested changes to clinical information systems
  • Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with clinical information systems
  • Troubleshoot and/or resolve application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate
  • Lead and evaluate process and requirements analysis, including process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering on complex projects/requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree, strongly preferred
  • Preferred 5-7 years previous clinical information systems experience or equivalent
  • Preferred 2+ years project management experience or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Epic certification/accreditation/self-proficiency in relevant application required; multiple certification/accreditation/self-proficiency in relevant applications preferred
