Contexte : La collectivité Arsud Region Sud recherche un Responsable Technique des Événements Culturels pour intégrer son équipe au sein de la Direction Culture et Patrimoine.
Mission Principale : Garantir le bon déroulement des spectacles et événements culturels.
Responsabilités :
- Diriger le service en charge de la mise en place des spectacles.
- Encadrer une équipe technique composée de 7 à 8 agents.
- Assurer la coordination des manifestations extérieures en lien avec les partenaires.
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène, de santé et de sécurité au travail.
- Préparer, organiser et contrôler les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires à la réalisation des événements.
- Évaluer la faisabilité technique des spectacles et valider les fiches techniques.
- Coordonner la sécurité des événements en collaboration avec les sociétés de sécurité.
- Gérer le stock de matériel et planifier le remplacement des équipements obsolètes.
- Organiser des réunions préparatoires avec tous les acteurs impliqués dans les manifestations.
- Superviser les opérations de maintenance des infrastructures culturelles.
Profil Recherché :
- Connaissance des réglementations en matière de sécurité et d'organisation d'événements.
- Compétences en management et en animation d'équipe.
- Maîtrise des techniques de son, lumière et vidéo.
- Capacité à travailler en transversalité avec différents services et partenaires.
- Rigueur, adaptabilité et sens du service public.
Conditions : Ouvert aux titulaires et contractuels, avec une rémunération conforme aux statuts en vigueur.
