Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a local contract position in Depew, New York.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work with students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in education or equivalent experience, a New York SLP License, and American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
  • Establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
Requirements
  • Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • New York SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • School Experience is Preferred but not required
  • ASHA Certification
