General Physician, P.C. is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.

• Provide a positive patient experience by greeting patients, checking them in, and answering their questions and concerns.
• Manage patient flow by scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Process patient payments, verify insurance information, and handle billing and coding tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college degree preferred.
• Proven work experience in a healthcare facility or strong customer service experience.
• Knowledge of insurance and medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to utilize computer programs.
