Job Summary

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT and radiographic procedures, ensuring accurate patient positioning, and operating and maintaining imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Imaging Procedures: Perform CT and radiographic procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
  • Patient Positioning: Ensure accurate patient positioning and employ proper techniques to produce optimal image results.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring both functionality and safety standards are met.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate imaging processes clearly to patients, addressing any questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists and healthcare providers to review and interpret diagnostic images.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow established safety and infection control protocols to maintain a secure clinical environment.
Qualifications
  • ARRT Certification: ARRT certification in Radiology (ARRT (R)) and Computed Tomography (ARRT (CT)) is required.
  • Basic Life Support: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Texas Department of State Health Services Certification: Texas Department of State Health Services certification is required.
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
