- Financial Planning: Prepare and manage the annual financial plan, monitoring performance through forecasting and company reports.
- Maintenance and Security: Ensure the overall maintenance and security of facilities, grounds, utilities, and equipment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to provide technical support, explore new business opportunities, and resolve order problems or complaints.
- Policies and Procedures: Administer company policies, practices, and adherence to standard operating procedures, including safety, food safety, and environmental policies.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain industry, professional, and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within the Corrugated industry.
- Industry Expertise: Preference is given to candidates with experience from a fully integrated Corrugated facility producing high graphic items.
- Operational Expertise: Experience with partnering with internal corporate teams on building standard operating procedures and maximizing throughput from machinery.
