Service Advisor - Classic Collision Inc
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at Classic Collision Inc. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and company guidelines
- Participate in claim management to provide the best customer experience
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding repair updates
- Coordinate with technicians to verify damage assessments
- Ensure customer satisfaction scores meet company standards
- Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- Familiarity with estimating systems (e.g., CCC1) a plus

Physical & Environmental:
The Service Advisor role requires regular use of hands, talking, and hearing. Frequent standing, sitting, and walking are also necessary.
