We're seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales professional to join our team as an Inspection Sales / Account Executive. This role will focus on securing new profitable sales and adding additional services to existing customers within a specified geographical territory (Jacksonville, FL). You'll have the opportunity to develop new business opportunities, expand services to our existing customer base, and explore future management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with building owners and property management companies to identify new sales leads.
  • Pursue and close new sales opportunities while maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare estimates and determine project costs within company guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and suggest products or services that meet those needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular territory sales forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR five years of related sales experience.
  • 2+ years of Outside B2B Sales experience required.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with occasional stress.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Average Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
