Relationship Banker I

Mascoma Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker I to join our team in Enfield, NH. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Provide genuine help and support to customers at our branch, ensuring their banking needs are met with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Communicate professionalism in every manner, including dressing to impress, and maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and employees.
• Embody the bank's core values of mutual respect, trust, and inclusivity, and strive to create a sense of belonging and support for all team members.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• The ability to use and adapt to ever-changing technology.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
