Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our team at Grupo Haddad. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for designing, installing and maintaining the mechanical systems of our office buildings in the Dallas area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining life safety, fire protection and security systems.
  • Ensuring proper operations and responding to any conditions that are out of the ordinary.

What we're looking for:

  • 2-5 years' experience in building/property maintenance or engineer experience preferable within commercial buildings.
  • Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Flexibility to be on-call to respond to after-hours / weekend emergency requests when needed.
  • A valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
