About the Role

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Regional Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing dialysis facilities and supervising nursing personnel to ensure safe and efficient dialysis treatments for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and staff, and provide direct patient care when needed
  • Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement standards of care, providing patient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, and individual clinic requirements
  • Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff alongside a nurse educator
  • Coordinate DCI, QAPI, and risk management program implementation with the quality and risk manager
  • Collaborate on patient care initiatives with the medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians
  • Integrate unit activities as they relate to patient care, staff education, research projects, and unit expansions with the clinic operations director and medical director
  • Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with the medical director
  • Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with DCI's policies and procedures and applicable laws
  • Work closely with the area operations director on identifying operational efficiencies
