Job Title: E-Discovery Project Manager

Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an experienced E-Discovery Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will be responsible for managing the e-discovery process from collection to production, ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and oversight to clients throughout the e-discovery life cycle
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute electronic discovery projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Consult and coordinate the collection, management, review, processing, and production of electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing creative solutions to clients
  • Perform quality control and quality assurance of project data prior to client delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in litigation support or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-discovery or a related field
  • 2-3 years of project management experience with a strong track record of on-time deliverables
  • PMP certification preferred
What We Offer:

Stoel Rives LLP offers a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $161,000, depending on experience. Our total rewards program includes an annual discretionary bonus, rich benefits offerings, and a generous firm-contributed health savings account. We also provide a pre-tax transportation/parking plan and an annual contribution to the employee's retirement plan.
