As a Security Personnel, your role will involve protecting and serving clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific guidelines, and executing emergency response procedures when necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Perform regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas. Note that working conditions may differ based on client requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience is required.
  • Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Allied Universal will evaluate qualified candidates with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, in accordance with the law.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is necessary for driving roles only.
