About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager - Kitchen/Production to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of our kitchen and production facilities across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure the efficient operation of our kitchen and production facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including OSHA and GMP standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through the use of lean principles and other methodologies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in maintenance and operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, maintenance management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing maintenance teams to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles, including CMMS, TPM, and lean methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of GMP and OSHA regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all maintenance activities.
