Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Installation Specialist to join our team at Automated Dairy. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing top-of-the-line dairy equipment and assisting with exciting remodels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Remodeling: Install new dairy equipment safely and efficiently, and remodel existing dairy barns and equipment to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with dairy equipment and systems, and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment and materials up to 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent, and 1-2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or pneumatic systems.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and follow directions, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in all weather conditions, walk moderate to long distances, and wear proper personal protective equipment for job-related duties.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in outside elements, including temperature, weather, odors, and landscape variations.
