Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, meeting sales goals, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients and members
- Process transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle customer inquiries
- Develop and implement strategies to re-engage inactive members and increase revenue growth
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance overall clinic performance
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of point-of-sale software and CRM systems
Compensation and Benefits:
