Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at WGNSTAR. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring the optimal performance of our LAM Novellus SABRE 300mm equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on LAM Novellus SABRE 300mm equipment
  • Participate in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand and adhere to all site fab protocol requirements
  • Comprehend test equipment and perform troubleshooting tasks
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with LAM Novellus SABRE 300mm systems
  • Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Maintenance Technician skills with solid experience in resolving tool-related challenges
  • Previous semiconductor experience is preferred
  • AS/BS or equivalent military

  • 80% travel/and or occasional overnight travel to the factory, training facilities, and customer locations
