Job Summary:
  • Step into the role of Maintenance Technician III, where your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of cutting-edge bakery machinery. Job Duties:
  • Execute intricate technical repairs and preventive maintenance on bakery machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and computerized systems.
  • Diagnose issues, perform repairs, install new components, and overhaul machinery to guarantee peak performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of repaired machinery and maintain precise records within the computerized maintenance management system.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and prioritize safety in all operational activities.
  • Manage the work order queue, complete assigned preventive and corrective tasks, and generate follow-up notifications as necessary.
  • Identify and communicate equipment criticality and potential risks to supervisors and management.
  • Collaborate with planners and parts coordinators to ensure timely access to necessary materials.
  • Review material kits in advance to ensure preparedness for scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a flexible approach and adapt to frequent changes within the production environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of experience in instrumentation, measurement, control systems, electronics, mechanical, and/or electrical experience in industrial and manufacturing machinery, or 6 years of equivalent experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting, with proficiency in troubleshooting PLC software, I/O, field devices, and working with mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
  • Expertise in at least three of the following areas: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and food manufacturing process controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems design documents.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
