  • Maintain the department's staffing and scheduling standards, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.

Requirements:

  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • The ability to work well with others, including supervising and training staff.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 25 pounds constantly, as well as bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of produce operations and the ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
