POSITION SUMMARY

They are proactive in providing a comprehensive range of services, ensuring that each interaction is meaningful and personalized.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing various operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, completing necessary documentation, and showcasing the highlights of the local area. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be actively engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
To excel in this position, it is essential to maintain a safe working environment, adhere to company policies, protect company assets, and uphold professional standards in appearance and communication. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting light objects, to ensure that all guest interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not necessary.
License or Certification: None required.
