Slab Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Slab Plumbing Foreman to join our team at Quan Services, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in underground plumbing and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Job Summary:The Slab Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing underground plumbing systems for new homes and townhomes. This includes facilitating the installation of pipes used for water distribution and wastewater disposal, as well as assisting plumbers and pipefitters with repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in installing and maintaining plumbing systems, including reading blueprints and determining exact specifications.
- Determine water supply networks and waste drainage systems, and coordinate with project managers on installation.
- Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids, and select all materials needed for installation.
- Assemble and install valves and fittings, and observe pressure gauges to fix leaks.
- Test pipe systems and fix leaks, and ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.
- High school graduation or equivalent, and basic knowledge of tools and plumbing materials.
- Motivated and works well with others, with a willingness to embrace change in a growing company.
- OSHA10 preferred, and ability to work under stress with commitment to deadlines.
