We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a critical care RN, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Surgical ICU
- Implement and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the multidisciplinary team
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary patient rounds to review patient care goals and progress
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
Experience working in a Medical Surgical ICU environment
