Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Daily Property Field Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional claim handling services to our clients, working independently to assess and settle claims in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough property inspections to assess damage and determine claim values
- Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
- Apply knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations to ensure accurate claim settlements
- Manage multiple claims simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of property field adjusting experience
- Independent adjusting license in your home state (or designated home state license if residing in a non-licensing state)
- Proficiency in Xactimate and/or Symbility software
- Reliable transportation, computer, digital camera, and other necessary equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
