AmeriGas is seeking a safety-minded and customer-focused Delivery Representative to join our team. As a local delivery expert, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading propane distributor and contribute to the success of our team. As a Delivery Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Safely operating a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
  • Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
  • Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
  • Performing all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations, as well as AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
  • An acceptable driving record
  • The willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • The ability to lift up to 70lbs
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $25.75, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans like 401(k), paid days off, sick leave, paid holidays, and disability coverage.
