Position Overview:

Become a valued member of our culinary team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. As a Culinary Specialist, your primary role will involve crafting menu selections in accordance with our high standards while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will report directly to the Kitchen Manager or the Manager on Duty, maintaining a pristine kitchen environment, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold personal hygiene and maintain a tidy uniform
  • Utilize kitchen equipment efficiently and ensure cleanliness
  • Prepare menu items accurately and promptly
  • Monitor food temperatures and enforce safety regulations
  • Engage in effective communication with team members and supervisors
Required Qualifications:
  • Training will be provided in sanitation, safety, and customer service
  • Strong communication abilities
Physical Demands:
  • High degree of mobility and flexibility
