The Counselor will work collaboratively with the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director to provide comprehensive services to clients at our Detoxification, Residential, and Therapeutic Facility. This role involves assessing and monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and coordinating treatment and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor client behavior, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
- Document client progress, including counseling sessions, group participation, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide crisis management, group therapies, and referrals to support clients and their families.
- Care for clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- License and experience in counseling or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Compassion and empathy for clients and their families.
Compensation:
Up to $60,000 per year, depending on license and experience.
