Crawlspace Technician / Construction Helper Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Crawlspace Technician / Construction Helper to join our team at A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest quality workmanship in crawlspace and attic inspections and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough crawlspace and attic inspections to identify potential pest and termite issues
• Perform repairs and treatments as needed to prevent pest and termite infestations
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in construction or pest control a plus
• Ability to work in confined spaces, including crawlspaces and attics
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
