Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Crawlspace Technician / Construction Helper to join our team at A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc. This role involves working in confined spaces, operating equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform crawlspace and attic inspections and repairs
  • Operate ladders and lifts up to 40ft
  • Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
