Radiologic Technologist II PD

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team at NorthShore University HealthSystem. As a Radiologic Technologist II, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for exams by obtaining and recording medical history, explaining procedures, and positioning patients for optimal comfort and image quality.
- Perform radiographic exams using various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI.
- Review radiographs to ensure optimal image quality and complete and submit information and images to the Radiology Information System (RIS) in a timely manner.
- IEMA licensure required.
- Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program.
- CPR certification required; ARRT registry eligibility required within 1 year of employment.
- Previous radiology experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills required.
