Job Summary:
KLA-Tencor is seeking a highly organized professional to lead the spare parts planning process for our product lines. As a Spares Demand Planner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right spares inventory is positioned at the right place and time to support our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee spares plans for assigned product lines to ensure optimal inventory levels and positioning.
- Collaborate with new product introduction leaders, supply chain, and procurement teams to develop and implement spares inventory strategies.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for inventory reductions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
