Pricing Specialist

At AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in obtaining, maintaining, and distributing weekly pricing and ad allowance information.
Key Responsibilities:- Price Monitoring: Monitor the website daily for price changes and maintain the Daily Market Update to staff and customers on a daily/weekly basis.
- Pricing Data Entry: Enter Material Billing, Misc. Billing, and Brokerage Billing into the ERP system.
- Customer Support: Work closely with Customer Service Reps and Sales Staff with regard to ads and provide backup support when necessary.
- Quality Control: Verify pricing changes from proper approvals and review Priced PO's for dedicated companies.
- Process Management: Participate in the Weekly Closing Process, verifying the Bid Report, Override Report, and Misc. Billing Report.
- Account Management: Create new customer accounts and maintain existing ones.
- Education: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent or 3 years of related experience.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and experience working in pricing.
