We are seeking an experienced Travel Med-Surg Registered Nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Washington, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to med-surg patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients and families on various health-related topics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
