Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support Speech Language Pathologists in delivering high-quality therapy services to individuals with speech and language disorders in Washington, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with SLPs to provide effective therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP, ensuring seamless care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and treatment outcomes, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive client care.
  • Analyze client progress and make recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy required.
  • Active SLPA license in North Carolina is essential.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork skills, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Possess a passion for helping individuals improve their communication abilities.
