Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Implementation Specialist at Strategic Systems, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service during software implementation and installation projects. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to Nuance products and supporting technologies will be instrumental in ensuring seamless solutions for our customers.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Health Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing software, including Nuance applications, tools, and third-party systems. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams will enable you to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and test software on customer-facing production environments
* Meet or exceed deadlines for all assigned projects
* Collaborate with project teams and communicate outcomes to project managers
* Provide advanced technical support and services via telephone, email, and chat to external and internal customers
* Facilitate and lead customer conference calls when necessary to manage critical customer account issues

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in a Tier II/III technical or application support environment; healthcare experience preferred
* Experience troubleshooting Windows stack, including IIS, SQL, ASP.NET, Active Directory
* Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries
