Position Summary
The Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of equipment in alignment with operational requirements, while also enhancing asset utilization and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Technicians.
  • Operate under the guidance of Technicians or Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Conduct basic, non-invasive maintenance activities.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance adheres to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and relevant maintenance protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history within TLM business systems.
  • Follow Division TLM standards diligently.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and service delivery costs.
  • Assist in efforts aimed at boosting the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
  • Compensation details are provided in accordance with applicable regulations, and will be determined based on skills and experience.
  • The expected hourly wage for this role ranges from $18 to $24.
  • Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
  • Experience with downhole mechanical tools is preferred.
  • Prior mechanical experience is essential.
