Role Description:
As the Chief Operations Officer, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive oversight and management of all operational facets of the organization. Your primary objective will be to enhance operational efficiency and profitability while simultaneously fostering sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Direct and oversee the operations team, which includes sales and client management divisions. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture that inspires teams to meet organizational goals. Ensure a seamless client experience through integrated service offerings within Helios.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Work alongside the executive leadership team to define the strategic vision and objectives of the company. Formulate and implement operational strategies, processes, and initiatives that align with the company’s goals. Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for operational enhancements.
Sales and Business Development:
Collaborate closely with the sales department to stimulate revenue growth, set sales targets, and evaluate performance metrics. Develop and implement strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and improving customer satisfaction. Forge strong partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to secure advantageous agreements.
Operations Management:
Refine and optimize operational workflows, including supply chain management, inventory oversight, and order fulfillment processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement. Establish quality control protocols to ensure that products and services consistently meet customer expectations.
Financial Management:
Partner with finance and service line leaders to create and manage budgets, oversee expenditures, and enhance profitability. Conduct regular financial reviews with finance and service line leadership to assess performance drivers and summarize results.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in leading sales and operations teams.
Strong commercial insight and strategic mindset.
Financial expertise with a focus on P&L analysis.
Experience in the HVACR or related industry.
