Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration units.
  • Customer Service: Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Productivity and Quality: Meet or exceed weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Travel and Work Environment: Typically work from home each morning and travel to customer sites with minimal direct supervision.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: A valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
