About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Mettler-Toledo. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections of molded tips, racks, and pipettes components using precision measuring inspection equipment.
  • Assess acceptability based on engineering drawings and process.
  • Perform startups and in-process tip inspections using microscope, pipettes, and other measuring equipment.
  • Perform basic dimensional inspections on molded parts components using calipers, micrometers, ping gauges, surface plate, filler gauges, and other required measuring equipment.
  • Inspect and record results into InfinityQs and other required applications.
  • Verify produced goods meet engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Take immediate action to ensure the work in progress is within specification and report quality concerns to production lead and/or shift supervisor.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure good teamwork and best practice.
  • Maintain work area clean and organized.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • One (1) or more years of related experience required.
  • Visual and dimensional inspection skills to use precision measuring inspection tools as demonstrated by classroom educational training relative to technical field and/or work experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good computer skills.
