About the Role:

The Sous Chef is a key member of our culinary team at Gecko Hospitality, responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a high level of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Lead a team of kitchen professionals to ensure high-quality food, proper food safety procedures, and profitability.
