Join Our Team as a Surgical Technologist II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist II to join our team at Adventhealth Tampa. As a Surgical Technologist II, you will play a vital role in the perioperative period, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Assist the surgical team with patient positioning, draping, and instrumentation
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience
Requirements:
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology Course
  • Minimum three years' experience as a CST
  • Able to precept and act as a resource person during procedures
  • Specialist in at least 2 major surgical specialties
  • Current CST/ Certified Surgical Assistant
  • American Heart BLS
