Senior Contract Administrator

Trident Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 2-4 staff members in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Direct and perform lifecycle contract administration from pre-solicitation through post-award phases.
- Administer all types of contracts and/or subcontracts, including IDIQs, CPFF, T&M, FFP, and LOE.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with teaming partners and government officials for contract-related matters.
- Meet and communicate with Business Unit staff to understand and anticipate their contracting needs.
- Review, prepare, and analyze contract terms and conditions, and advise management on issues of concern and recommended alternatives.
- Ensure compliance with contract reporting requirements.
- Work with Business Units to respond to requests for proposals and quotes, and review and submit unsolicited proposals/quotes.
- Assist with Export Compliance, researching, coordinating, filing, and monitoring required applications.
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and negotiation of Company contractual agreements.
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of department policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain Government Property Management.
- Perform special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous management experience in leading teams is required.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively, independently, and with others, ensuring timely completion of diverse assignments and meeting established quality standards.
- Shows a history of ownership, initiative, and the ability to stay organized in a multitasking environment.
- Strong organization skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with executive-level internal and external parties during periods of high stress and tight deadlines.
- Ability to exercise discretion in the handling of confidential information.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Access.
- Knowledge with Export, ITAR, FAR, and DFAR.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Accounting Software, preferred.
- US Citizenship Required.
