**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Screener to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a Medical Screener, you will be responsible for greeting donors, conducting registration procedures, and ensuring the quality of the plasma collection process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including assessing self-administered health history and performing health screening procedures.
  • Educate new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma and ensure all donor questions are answered timely and accurately.
  • May be involved in registering applicants and transferring donors based on completion of appropriate training and operational needs of the center.
  • Conduct daily calibration of equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment and follow all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations and understand routine, factual information.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including options for health care benefits, company-provided basic life insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
